Terms of Service

By reserving an ad spot with Woodinville Local, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern your participation in the Woodinville Local co-op direct mail program, operated by Your Neighborhood Print Shop.
Ad Reservations
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee placement. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Woodinville Local. Spots are limited to one advertiser per position per mailing.
Art Submission Deadline
Print-ready artwork must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior to the scheduled mailing. Artwork submitted after the deadline may not be included in that mailing. Accepted formats: PDF or high-resolution JPG at 300 dpi, CMYK color mode, with 0.125″ bleed on all sides.
Design Services
If you require design services through Your Neighborhood Print Shop, design fees are separate from your ad placement cost and are due prior to artwork finalization. Design proofs require written approval before going to print.
Payment
Ad placement fees are invoiced by Your Neighborhood Print Shop. Payment is due prior to the print deadline. Unpaid invoices may result in your spot being released to another advertiser.
Cancellation Policy
Woodinville Local operates on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation notice required. Cancellations received after the art deadline for a given month are subject to the full invoice for that mailing.
Ad Content Standards
All ad content must comply with applicable laws and must not contain:
- False, misleading, or deceptive claims
- Content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
Woodinville Local reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that does not meet these standards, without refund.
No Guarantee of Results
Woodinville Local makes no guarantee of specific advertising results, response rates, or business outcomes. Delivery is handled by USPS EDDM Retail and is subject to USPS delivery standards.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woodinville Local and Your Neighborhood Print Shop from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your ad content or your violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
